Jennifer Sdrigotti was born and raised in a family where music and dance were as common as daily bread. At the age of 4, she started taking piano and guitar lessons, and at 5, she began classical dance and participated in numerous events of oriental dance. When she decided at the age of 9 that this would be her career path, she soon achieved visible results.
Today, she performs at various festivals and competitions in oriental dance (including the largest and most renowned "Ahlan wa Sahlan" in Cairo, Egypt, organized by Raqia Hassan), in 2022 she was the world runner-up and European champion, and has also been the Italian, Croatian, Serbian, and Slovenian champion multiple times ...
She graduated from the Technical Institute for International Relations for Marketing in Italy and continued her university studies in Digital Marketing. With the help of her mother, also a musician and teacher, she runs her own dance school, teaching oriental and folk dances, and also coaches students in other countries, mainly in Slovenia, Croatia, and Serbia.
She is an international referee for the "World Dance Competition of People & Cultures", where she is also the head judge. Since April 2023, she has been organizing the first edition of her intensive weekend "Abrakadabra Bellydance Intensive" in Italy.
She continues to upgrade her knowledge and collaborates with various domestic and international teachers.
And one more thing... In 2022, Jennifer performed the winning choreography of Syrian dabke, created by Anna Balabanova. This highlighted her ability to perform various dance styles from classical to folk, all at the highest international level.
