In the duo/trio, group and formation categories, the age group is determined by the age of the oldest dancer.
In each age group, younger dancers than prescribed for a certain age group can also perform, but they must not be more than 2 years younger than the lower limit of the age group in which they will perform. Special exceptions regarding age groups are allowed in agreement with the organizer, but they must not significantly deviate from the rules.
Productions are groups in which dancers of all age groups can perform without restrictions. In case of too many applicants for the planned program, the organizer can refuse the application 14 days before the competition.
