Registration cancellation is not possible after the registration deadline, except when the cause for the cancellation l is a medical condition (disease, injury etc.) and the Participant submits to the Organizer a physician’s note about said medical condition. Only in such a case the already paid entry fee will be refunded as follows:

For a refund of the already paid entry fee, it is necessary to submit documents to the organizer where showing the reason for the cancellation. Otherwise, refund is unpossible.
